Who we are

Wallpaper Deluxe LLC is a family-owned wallpaper installation company based in Utah. We install wallpaper, murals, and designer wallcoverings in homes and businesses throughout Salt Lake City, Park City, Holladay, Cottonwood Heights, Draper, Sandy, and the surrounding Utah area.

This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us when you use this website.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through our contact form. That’s it.

When you request a free in-person measurement, the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your project address or ZIP code
• A short description of your project

It also has a few optional fields — whether you’ve already picked a wallpaper, your timeline, the size of the space, and how you heard about us. You can leave those blank.

We do not collect any other information from you. We do not track your visits to this site. We do not have analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology running in the background.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to:

• Call you back about your project, usually within one business day
• Schedule your free in-person measurement
• Follow up on your quote and answer questions

That’s the whole list. We do not use your information for marketing, newsletters, or anything you didn’t ask for.

Who we share it with

No one.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your information with third parties. When you submit the form, your information travels through our transactional email provider (Resend) and lands directly in our business email inbox. Resend acts only as the delivery pipe — they don’t use your information for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry as long as we need it to provide the service you asked for. After that, it sits in our email inbox like any other business correspondence. As part of routine inbox cleanup, emails older than 24 months may be deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We don’t know if you visited, how long you stayed, or what pages you looked at — and we don’t want to.

The only cookies that may be set during your session are the essential ones needed for the contact form to function correctly. These are not used to track you across the web.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Delete your information from our records

Children’s privacy

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
